Our Story

The Lahzeh story begins in the Tehran of the 60's, with the opening of our family's shop "Estil" in trendy North Tehran - where we specialised in leather accessories for women. Tehran has always been a diverse city on the cusp of transformation, and we are proud to have been a stronghold in the face of constant and radical change. 

As Iran and the world of fashion transformed and expanded so did our business, with our family's small venture growing and slowly making its mark as a respected store and distributor. 

With each passing decade, more family members joined the journey, adding their own unique flair to our growing business. We adapted, expanded, and thrived. 

 

 

As Iran continued to change, many of our family members left the country and established themselves in the UK. Which brings us to Lahzeh. 

Today 'Lahzeh', meaning 'Moment' in Farsi, is still a family endeavour run from Brighton and Hove, by the grandchildren of Estil's original owner. We are a united family team, committed to steering our business towards an exciting new chapter. Our focus is on delivering the highest quality handmade women's wear, encapsulating the essence of contemporary fashion with a nod to our rich history. Handmade with love in the heart of Tehran.
